Dec 2014 Tim Barnhart opens Legacy with a Band Business license.

Mar 2015 Legacy becomes a dispensary, changes name to Legacy 420 and starts sales of cannabis flower.

Nov 2016 Buddies Apothecary, Smoke Signals, Big Green’s open as other Indigenous cannabis dispensaries.

Jan 2016 Smoke on the Water, Cannabis Farmers market and others open, there are now about 8-9 dispensaries open in Tyendinaga.
